MFA supports SMS (text) notifications to all US and international cell phone numbers; voice notifications are only available to cell phone numbers from the US and Canada.
Be sure to include "+" followed by your country code when entering your phone number so that it will be accepted.
Ex: a phone number from England would be formatted like this:
Things to know
- Enter your phone number with no spaces.
- Submitting the phone number multiple times will inactivate previous codes. If you keep receiving 'expired' messages, then the latest code has not been sent to your phone.
