Disconnecting from an App that my account is connected to

OVERVIEW

To disconnect your Bill.com account from an App, follow these steps:

  1. Hover over the Gear icon and select App Center
  2. Click the name of the App you'd like to disconnect
  3. Click Setup
  4. Click Disconnect
  5. Confirm that you'd like to disconnect from the App by clicking Yes

You may be asked to enter the login credentials for your account with our partner company, in order to confirm that you'd like to disconnect from Bill.com.

NOTE

Disconnecting an App from your Bill.com account will not cancel your services with our partner company. If you'd like to cancel that account, you will need to do so directly with that company.
