Bill.com allows the option to send a message to multiple customers at the same time. Contact Support to have this feature enabled.
- Click the Receivables tab
- On the Overview page, under Customers, click Send Message
- On the Send Message page, enter your message and select the customers to receive it and Click Send
- On the Message Customers page, click Done
Note: Each customer selected receives an email with the message.
