How do I take a screenshot to report a problem?

Windows:
Using Paint Accessory (XP, Vista, 7, 8)

On your keyboard, press the Print Screen button (sometimes called PrntScrn, PrtSc, etc.).
From your computer's Start Menu, open Paint (Start > (All) Programs > Accessories > Paint). If you don't have the Paint Accessory, open Microsoft Word.

In Windows 7 or 8, you can simply type "Paint" directly after opening the Start Menu to find it


On your keyboard Press Ctrl + V.
Save the screenshot.
To email the screen shot, click Secure Email and attach the screen shot to send your issue to Customer Support.

Using Snipping Tool Accessory (Vista 7, 8)

From your computer's Start Menu, open the Snipping Tool (Start > Programs > Accessories > Snipping Tool)

In Windows 7 or 8, you can simply type "Snipping Tool" directly after opening the Start Menu to find it.


Select File New Snip.
Select the portion of the screen you want to include in the screenshot.
Save the Snip.
To email the screen shot, click Secure Email and attach the screen shot to send your issue to Customer Support.


Mac OS X:

Hold Command () and Shift (), and click 3. This will put an image file of the entire screen on your desktop.
To email the screen shot, click Secure Email and attach the screen shot to send your issue to Customer Support.
