Bill.com stores the history of your interactions with Customer Support
How to access
We typically email your support records to you as a courtesy.
However, if you did not receive an email from us, we store your interactions and allow you to access them anytime.
(After 3/16/15) Simply log into Bill.com, hover over the gear icon and click on Support. In the top right corner of the Support Center, click on . All your prior conversations with Support are stored there for reference.
(Prior to 3/16/15) An email with your previous interactions should be in your personal email history. If you can not locate it, please contact Customer Support to have a copy emailed to you.
