Bill.com has been built around the needs of our customers We receive thousands of suggestions that we use to help us prioritize future feature development and process enhancement

A feature request can be submitted via the Support Center through Secure Email, or by speaking directly to a Bill.com Customer Support Representative through chat.

Via Support Center

  • Click on "Support" at the bottom of any page while logged into Bill.com
  • Click on "Submit a Request" 
  • In the drop down, select "Share your feedback" or "Send us an email"

Via Chat

  • Click on "Support" at the bottom of any page while logged into Bill.com
  • Click on "Chat with us"
