Roles that can view/manage documents

The following roles have access to viewing documents: Administrators, Accountants, Payers, and Clerks.

Of the roles that can view documents, the following can also manage the documents: Administrators, Accountants, and Clerks.

The role of Approver does not have access to viewing or managing documents.

The role of Payer can view documents, but not manage them.

For more information on Users and Roles:

  1. Login to
  2. Hover over the Gear icon 
  3. Under Permissions click Roles
  4. Click on any of the User Roles names to learn more about their permissions
