If an attempt to bill for use of Bill.com takes place, but fails, there is a seven calendar (as opposed to "banking" or "business" days) day grace period before access to an overdue account is blocked. This is meant to afford an opportunity to update billing/card information, or to contact your card issuer/bank to resolve any declinations or funding issues. Once you've determined the reason for the credit card decline, you can update your credit card information on a screen that appears after login. A charge will then be made automatically for any outstanding balances.
