Viewing your billing statements

Please Note: If your role does not have the necessary permissions to view your billing statements, please contact the person that Administers your Bill.com account at your company.

Non-Console accounts:

  1. Log in to your Bill.com account
  2. Hover over the gear icon, and then click Settings
  3. Under "Your Account with Us", click Statements
  4. Click on the Statement Number to view an itemized breakdown of your statement
  5. Click Download CSV to download a CSV file of the statement

Console accounts:

  1. Log in to Bill.com
  2. Click "Manage Console"
  3. Hover your cursor over Billing, and then click Statements
  4. Click on the Statement Number to view an itemized breakdown of your statement

Note: The most recent 12 months of statements will appear by default. To access past statements, check the Show Older Statements checkbox at the bottom of the page
