Please Note: If your role does not have the necessary permissions to view your billing statements, please contact the person that Administers your Bill.com account at your company.
Non-Console accounts:
- Log in to your Bill.com account
- Hover over the gear icon, and then click Settings
- Under "Your Account with Us", click Statements
- Click on the Statement Number to view an itemized breakdown of your statement
- Click Download CSV to download a CSV file of the statement
Console accounts:
- Log in to Bill.com
- Click "Manage Console"
- Hover your cursor over Billing, and then click Statements
- Click on the Statement Number to view an itemized breakdown of your statement
Note: The most recent 12 months of statements will appear by default. To access past statements, check the Show Older Statements checkbox at the bottom of the page
