How do I prevent spam from entering my Inbox?

To ensure that all documents are delivered into your Bill.com Inbox, we do not filter out spam.

If you receive spam in your Inbox, you can delete it (and/or attempt to unsubscribe from it).

Email addresses with a single simple word @ bill.com (for instance spam@bill.com ), tend to attract spammers. To avoid spam, we suggest creating a more unique email address.

Should you choose, Customer Support can change the email address for you to something more unique. The email address must be at least 8 characters before @bill.com.
