OVERVIEW

If you use QuickBooks for Windows, QuickBooks Online, or Sage Intacct, you can associate bills with jobs. Currently, this functionality is not available if you use Oracle NetSuite or Xero.

To show jobs when you're editing or paying bills in Bill.com:

1. In the upper right, hover over the gear icon and click Settings
2. On the Overview page, under Accounting, click Preferences
3. On the Accounting Preferences page, click the Edit icon
• QuickBooks for Windows and QuickBooks Online: For Use Customers/Jobs in Payables, choose Yes
• Sage Intacct: For Use Sage Intacct Dimensions in Payables, choose Yes for use Projects
4. Click Save

You will now be able to select Jobs and billable status when creating new bills, or editing existing ones.
