Your account has been locked, you've exceeded the number of login attempts error?


If a user has exceeded 10 unsuccessful login attempts, the system will lock that user out of their account.


Reset password to unlock the account:

  • On the Login Page, enter the email address used to log in, and click Forgot Password. An email will be sent to this email address. Click the link in the email, and user will be redirected to enter a new password.
