Your account has been locked, you've exceeded the number of login attempts error?

OVERVIEW

If a user has exceeded 10 unsuccessful login attempts, the system will lock that user out of their account.

SOLUTION

Reset password to unlock the Bill.com account:

  • On the Bill.com Login Page, enter the email address used to log in, and click Forgot Password. An email will be sent to this email address. Click the link in the email, and user will be redirected to enter a new password.
