The Base Currency field and Currency field are required when multi base currency is enabled
This error occurs when a multi-currency Intacct account is syncing with Bill.com, but the Bill.com transaction currency hasn't been set.
- In Bill.com, hover over the gear icon, and then click Settings
- Under Sync, click Preferences
- Click the edit icon
- For Transaction Currency, select the same currency as your Intacct bank account currency, and base currency
- Click Save
- Sync again
