The Base Currency field and Currency field are required when multi base currency is enabled

 

Explanation

This error occurs when a multi-currency Intacct account is syncing with Bill.com, but the Bill.com transaction currency hasn't been set. 

 

Solution

  1. In Bill.com, hover over the gear icon, and then click Settings
  2. Under Sync, click Preferences
  3. Click the edit icon
  4. For Transaction Currency, select the same currency as your Intacct bank account currency, and base currency
  5. Click Save
  6. Sync again
