Customer support

When logged in to Bill.com, hover over the Gear icon and click on Support:

  • Send secure email anytime with responses within 1-2 business days

Sales

If you're new to the service and would like to learn more or have pricing questions, contact our Sales team:

Your support history is available to view anytime you are logged in to your Bill.com account. 

  1. Click Support at the bottom of any page
  2. Click the mail icon to review support history

Note: All support tickets (open and closed) will be visible with the current status available. Comments or updates can be added to new, open, pending, or solved tickets.
