When logged in to Bill.com, hover over the Gear icon and click on Support:
- Chat with a Customer Support Rep from 5am - 6pm PT Monday - Friday
- Send secure email anytime with responses within 1-2 business days

Your support history is available to view anytime you are logged in to your Bill.com account.
- Click Support at the bottom of any page
- Click the mail icon to review support history
Note: All support tickets (open and closed) will be visible with the current status available. Comments or updates can be added to new, open, pending, or solved tickets.
