Get paid and keep track of your receivables, entirely online. See up-to-the-minute information anywhere, anytime. Here are the highlights:
- Mobile App - Manage your Receivables on the go, with our award-winning new mobile app!
- Invoices - create them online, or import them from QuickBooks for Windows, QuickBooks Online, or Xero
- Customer Portal - customers can access their invoices and payment history online from a link in the invoices emailed them
- Basic Payables - customers can choose to create a free Business account, where they can manage all vendors and bills, pay invoices, and connect with other businesses in the Bill.com network.
- Notes - Leave notes on customers and invoices, and choose to share those notes with your customers, or keep them private. Tag other users in your Bill.com account for even better communication about customers and invoices.
- Attachments - Attach additional documents (such as contracts, statements of work, etc.) to invoices, and share them with customers.
- Payments - Receive payments from customers electronically
- Bank account - Avoid credit card fees (pay only a small flat fee per transaction)
- PayPal - PayPal Standard fees apply
- Credit card - Low rates and month-to-month agreements
- Auto Reminders - automatically email customers when invoices are due, and set up automatic reminders to send before and after the due date as well.
- Auto Pay - After setting up Auto Pay, invoices are paid automatically from your customer's credit card or bank account. You can also lock customers into their payment agreement with your company.
- Charge customers - debit payments from their bank account or credit card with customers' authorization, and set up Auto Pay
- Recurring invoices - Have customized invoices created on a set schedule, and automatically emailed or mailed to customers
- Delivery - send invoices to customers using:
- Email - each invoice will be sent as a PDF attachment
- Standard mail - Bill.com will print and mail invoices on your behalf
- Important: For security reasons, Print/Mail Invoice is only available after you’ve added an active bank account.
- Cash Forecast - track payments online, reviewing daily, weekly, or monthly
