Bill.com provides the option to accept payments via PayPal. Accept credit/debit card payments directly into your PayPal account:
- No set up fee / no monthly fee: PayPal doesn't charge setup / monthly fees, so it's a very convenient way to accept credit cards. You don't get charged a fee until a customer pays you by credit card.
- Convenient for your customers: Your customers make payments in just a few clicks. When they choose to pay via Credit Card - PayPal, they are redirected to the PayPal website, where they enter their credit/debit card information or login to PayPal.
- Instant payments: Customer payments are available in your PayPal account instantly (minus applicable PayPal fees).
- PayPal Standard Fees: Payments received via Paypal will be charged PayPal's Standard Fees. Please note the following
- Bill.com does not charge additional fees when receiving PayPal payments.
Setup instructions
Already have a PayPal account set up? Follow these steps:
- Select the gear icon and click Settings
- On the Settings page, under Receivables, click Online Payments
- In the PayPal section, click (Start) to start receiving payments.
Don't have a PayPal account set up yet? Follow these steps:
- Select the gear icon and click Settings
- On the Settings page, under Receivables, click Online Payments
- In the PayPal section, click (Setup)
- You will be redirected to PayPal - enter your PayPal login credentials
- Click "Agree and Continue"; you will be redirected back to Bill.com
- Once you've set up a PayPal account to receive payments, you may use this same accounts to pay vendors via PayPal
Things To Know
- PayPal payments are only available via the customer portal. Customers can log in and select the PayPal option to submit a credit card payment.
- PayPal is not available for ePayments. Payments can only be made with a credit/debit card.
