Video: Connect With Earth Class Mail

Get hands-free management of your paper mail with an Earth Class Mail account. Paper invoices sent to your Earth Class Mail address are scanned and securely uploaded to your Inbox.

Installation instructions for new Earth Class Mail users

  • Hover over the gear icon and select App Center from the drop-down menu
  • Click Earth Class Mail

  • Click Connect (1) and then click Continue (2) on the pop-up Continue 
  • Click Sign up with Earth Class Mail
  • Introduction - Read and click Next
  • Choose Subscription: choose the subscription plan that is best for your company by clicking Select Plan. Add any additional features by checking the appropriate boxes, and then click Next.
  • Plan Addresses: Depending on your subscription plan, at least one free PO Box is included. You can also select additional PO Boxes, and street addresses with different levels of mail acceptance - USPS only, fast delivery, and/or express mail acceptance.
  • Contact Info: Enter contact information and click Next
  • Billing Info: Enter Billing information and click Next
  • Review Order: Ensure information, subscription plan, and selected Earth Class Mail addresses are correct and click Submit
  • Note: Your account is now connected with Earth Class Mail
    • Click Continue to Earth Class Mail or Return to

Please be aware: Earth Class Mail is a registered Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA). In order to begin receiving mail at your Earth Class Mail address, you will need to send a completed, notarized Postal Consent Form (USPS Form 1583) to Earth Class Mail, authorizing them, as a third party, to accept mail on your behalf. This form, along with instructions for identification required and notarization, is provided by Earth Class Mail.

Installation instructions for existing Earth Class Mail users

  1. Click gear icon in the Menu bar
  2. Click Apps > View all
  3. Click Earth Class Mail
  4. Click Connect, and then Continue
  5. Click "Log in to Earth Class Mail"
  6. Enter your Earth Class Mail login credentials, and click "Log In".
  7. Your account is now connected with Earth Class Mail - click "Continue to Earth Class Mail", or "Return to". 

Setting up Auto-Forwarding

  1. Log into Earth Class Mail and click Settings
  2. Click Recipient Settings > Content Scan Options
  3. Select "Open and scan the contents of all incoming envelopes", and set other Auto Scan settings.
  4. Click Save

Automatically send your mail to

  1. Log into Earth Class Mail and click Settings.
  2. Click Recipient Settings > Automatic Send to
  3. Select the correct account from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Save
