This error occurs when Intuit servers experiencing issues and the sync is unable to complete.
You can check the status of Intuit's Servers to verify when they are showing as stable. Note: sometimes the error will occur in Bill.com before Intuit has reported the issue, so it is suggested to wait 30 mins, then sync again and/or check Intuit's Servers again.
Once Intuit's servers are showing as stable, the sync will run as norma; no other action is needed to resolve the error once Intuit has resolved their issues, but if the error persists while there is no Intuit server issue, please contact Customer Support.
