This error occurs when a bill with items on it in Bill.com is trying to sync to QuickBooks Online (QBO), but the item(s) on the bill are not setup for use in Payables/Purchasing in QBO.
In QBO, setup the Purchasing information for the item(s):
- Click the Gear Icon
- Click Products and Services
- Double click the item name
- Complete the Purchasing Information section
