Classes will not sync to QBO from Bill.com on AR invoices if classes are not set to per line (instead of one per entire transaction). They will still sync from QBO to Bill.com but not the reverse. 

In QBO:

1. Click Gear Icon
2. Click Company Settings
3. Click Categories
4. Click Edit
5. Select "One to each row in transaction"
6. Save
