Explanation
This error occurs when an invoice in Bill.com is trying to sync to Xero, but an invoice with this number already exists in Xero.
Solutions
- If this invoice is not a duplicate, edit the invoice number in Bill.com to something unique, save, and sync again.
- If the invoice is already in Xero and was created separately/manually in Bill.com, please contact Customer Support to link the invoices.
