Missing Account Number
This error occurs when an account created in Bill.com is trying to sync to Xero but the account has no associated account number.
Edit the account in Bill.com and add a unique account number, then sync.
If account numbers are not being shown in Bill.com, you can enable them by:
- Hover over the Gear Icon then select Settings
- Under the Accounting section, click Preferences
- Ensure that Show Account Numbers is set to "Yes"
Once confirmed this is turned on, edit the Account being created and add a unique account number, then sync.
