Pay as a guest

If you have selected to transact with anyone and have completed the Verify your identity step, your customers will have the ability to pay you without creating an account, all they would need to do to pay you is add a bank account. 

Steps for your customer

  1. Click on Pay Invoice Electronically in the email with the invoice Pay_invoice_electronically.png
  2. Click Add Bank Account Add_bank_account.png
  3. Enter bank account details
    • We will send a test transaction (debit and credit) to verify the bank account
  4. Agree to General Terms of Service
  5. Click Save
    • We will remember the bank account for next time Enter_Bank_account_details.png
  6. Select the Pay On date
  7. Click Pay
    • We will send an email confirmation of the payment details Pay.png
