Explanation

This error occurs when a sub account in Bill.com is trying to sync to QuickBooks Online (QBO) but the account type is not the same type as the parent account.  

 

Solutions

  • Change the sub-account's type to the same type as the parent account and sync
  • Change the parent account's type to the same type as the sub-account and sync
