To downgrade your Bill.com account to the free version
- Click on gear icon or Hover over the gear icon and click Settings
- Under Your account with Us, click Billing
- For Payables
- Click I only want to send payments to Bill.com users (free version)
- For Receivables
- Click I only want to receive payments from Bill.com users (free version)
