Entering a new bill

For Basic Payables accounts started after 10/20/16, documents no longer need to be uploaded to your Inbox before using it to create a bill! Users can now start a bill, then drag and drop or upload the associated document right into the bill, for a huge time saver.

Steps

  1. On the Overview Page, click +Bill BP_-_Enter_new_bill.png
  2. Enter bill details 
  3. Drag and drop saved documentBP_-_Drag_and_Drop.png
  4. Click Save

Things to know

  • In order to drag and drop/upload a document, the document must already be saved on your computer
