The audit trail shows who, when and how a payment was created.

STEPS

1. Click Payables > Payments > under PAYMENT CONFIRMATION column click the payment confirmation number
2. Hover over Details and click Audit Trail

Audit trail of payment created within Bill.com:

The username under the Who column indicates user William Huang created this payment within the Bill.com website.

Audit trail of payment created via the mobile app:

The - API following the username under the Who column indicates user William Huang created this payment through the Bill.com Mobile App.

The " - API " following the username under the Who column indicates user William Huang created this payment through the Bill.com Mobile App.
